I contacted this company for a quote to replace an existing attached sunroom with a simple 4’ x 8’ wooden front porch featuring a basic gable-style roof. The sunroom is attached to the front of the house but is not structural to the home itself. I was clear from the beginning that the sunroom would be removed separately, either by myself or by another contractor, and that this company’s scope of work would only be to build the porch. Prior to any work, I was told that if the sunroom were removed by someone else, a representative from their company would need to supervise the removal to ensure it was done properly. We had joe build our house for 200,00 and there were many things wrong. We have to refix the walls, outlets and just so much more. I wouldn't recommend this business. They even lied to us. They promised us our house would be done in October (they started in April) and now it's December almost January. And we aren't in yet. And he kept on telling us to fix our attitude when we pointed stuff out that was wrong.

Would highly recommend these guys. Great workers and go out of their way for out of state emetgencies
