I was not satisfied with my services with them. When my trash guy retired he suggested this company. So I signed up. They constantly left trash behind in my bins, never took my recycling, told me that bags with cat litter in them were too heavy to be picked up. (I bagged them and brought them out there.. they were not that heavy.) Once a bag broke open (no biggie, just clean it up) but when I came home there was trash all through the road in front of my house and I cleaned it up. Who runs a trash company and doesn’t have a shovel on them for this very reason? Mind you, I did use a different bag this day as I ran out of contractor bags that I typically used to avoid this issue. But still.
