Faria Oil

I ran out of oil on Friday....Called the oil company we had been dealing with for 30 years and was told they wouldn't be able to deliver until sometime this week explaining the situation and was told .....no exceptions, we would be put on the list . My husband put 40 gallons of oil in using 5 gallon containers....Mind you we are in our mid seventies (sad but true, lol) I called Faria Oil and explained our situation and they delivered early this morning. Thank you so much ....They now have a loyal customer.....

Have been using Faria Oil for about 20 years now and will go nowhere else. No contract required, they don't try to sell you more than you ask for, they usually call back by the end of the day, and if not, first thing the next morning. Can't say enough nice things about this business and their employees. Very reliable.

Called Faria and Sons twice for a per gallon quote on home heating oil. I explained that I previously purchased oil from them and that I would like to start with 100 gallons, and that my purchase would be paid in cash. I never received a return call with a price and or delivery date? Very unprofessional and extremely poor business practice. I couldn't even imagine that I had small children or ran out of heating oil.

It has been 2 weeks since we first contacted this company with regards to our dangerously close to empty tank and have left multiple messages since then and I have yet to receive any such form of response from ANYONE connected to this company. This customer service is unacceptable and can only assume lack of motivation towards servicing their loyal customers or egregiously poor communications skills. I would love to change this review in a more positive lighting but unfortunately I’m left discouraged and un-optimistic. My only message left for the company is “PLEASE CONTACT ME!!”

Just want to rave about the service from Faria Oil (somerset). Came home to no heat at 11 pm called for service at 11:30 and Frank had us up and running by 1 am. Been doing business with them for 10 years. No contract needed for amazing service at unbelievable prices. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
