After a refrigerator leak we needed a complete removal of existing wood floor and replacement. Sam patiently worked us through alternatives until we came up with the solution right for us. Mike and Jamie showed up as scheduled and did a complete removal of old floor and meticulous installation of new floor within a week. True craftsman. Thanks!
We were so impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate a last minute request from us. The entire office staff was great, special thanks to Tammy and Sam. Our installers, Jeff and Kevin were prompt, professional and quick. Would highly recommend.
Don't trust them with your floors! They admitted they installed wrong, but won't fix it. This was evident after 3 years in our home.
