Farios Deck and Fence Refinishing

Great experience! I've included the final finished result as well as photos of the original deck condition so you can see how much work Andrew did. Also keep in mind, the final photos show the deck as it is still drying with a few touch up spots. This wooden deck was at a rental property and had a lot of water damage, soft spots and even holes. I thought it might be beyond repair. But Andrew told me it was actually in fairly good condition and he was confident he could work with what was there. Andrew gave me an estimate and started work at the agreed upon schedule. He was reliable and always on time. He sent progress photos and was even flexible when I changed my mind about the stain color at the last minute (final product shown is "cypress" color"). He also provided itemized invoicing as

Andy was meticulous in his work and brought out almost 20 year old deck back to life. He made fantastic recommendations on the type of paint and provided several colors to pick from. He was thorough on the refinishing job and the paint looks great.

Great communication, professional, knowledgeable, and the fence looks amazing. I made the mistake of not staining and sealing a brand new fence that I spent a lot of money on. I wish I had hired him two years ago when I first installed the fence! It looks more beautiful than it did when it was brand new. Don’t be fooled by the do it yourself junk you can buy at big box stores. It will never look as good as the product he creates. See before and after photos.

Andy is responsive, his work is excellent and his rates are fair. He did some staining on my deck supports and they look great plus they're protected against the elements. I would highly recommend Farios.

Great revamp of some old wood fence panels we’re moving and reusing. Andy pressure washed and stained both sides in less than half a day. Scheduling was easy and the pricing was great. The grey stain looks great next to our vinyl.
