I will always and have already recommended Solid Renovation to others. It is rare to find a Contractor that is on time and on budget and as responsive as Solid Renovation was for us. Consistent communication was key during our project and every effort was made to make sure we were informed and up to date on everything going on. The end product was better than what we imagined and we really appreciated the advice along the way. We had a basement leak (that actually had nothing to do with the work they did) and the team was responsive on the weekend and late at night to help us find a fix. We loved working with Solid Renovation. The owners David and Jer were wonderful to work with. They were very clear and responsive to questions throughout the project and excited to help us workshop ideas and help us understand how much different options would cost. Once the renovation got going, our project manager Jon was amazing. He was meticulously detailed, organized, and communicative and had a good grasp of what we wanted and would be happy with, most of the time noticing details we wouldn’t be like and problems before us.
