I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Doug. From start to finish, the experience has always been professional, honest, and stress-free. He shows up on time, explains everything, and answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. He does great work. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right, not just getting it done. Pricing was more than fair and completely transparent. It’s hard to find contractors you can genuinely trust, but he has definitely earned mine. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and dependable HVAC/plumbing service. Doug is simply the man! Have been working with Doug for years and he is my go to for plumbing needs! Recently took the time, with only a few hours notice to fix a pipe leak in my ceiling! I cannot recommend Doug enough!

Doug was very quick to respond to my call! I had bought a new washing machine and when it was delivered, told that we had corrosion on the pipes/valves of our washer hookup. We scheduled a time for him to come out, he was on time, explained the work he would do (put in new pipes and valves and also a new faucet on the basin tub in our laundry room). The work only took about an hour to complete, and the cost was less than I expected!

Doug responded promptly to a call for help with a couple of potential plumbing issues. He was thorough, professional, and inspired trust. 5 star!!
