I had steel siding done on my house about 20 years ago and the supplier also installed a brand new door about 5 years ago. When I bought these materials they said these items had a lifetime warranty. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this is the case. This company is so valuable to any consumer that I always want them to continue to succeed on the level they have.

Imagine all fascia and corner pieces being installed from top down, allowing water to run behind it. Imagine trim pieces around windows being multiple pieces allowing water in. Imagine b and b siding not being attached and constantly sliding down and horizontal shake pieces not gapped correctly for time of year resulting in large gaps as well as no screws holding the lap siding on top of pieces not hooked together properly resulting in flopping pieces. Add to that metal trim peeling. This is what you'll get. Now Imagine complaints not being rectified and eventually your number being blocked. Previous owners had windows and doors installed and lifetime warranty transferred to me when home purchased. Windows have a vinyl wood grain finish on inside that is peeling off. Called farm and home and were told we have to deal direct with window manufacturer. We started the process which took forever. Even though we jumped through many hoops and many calls to try to determine delays we couldn’t get any clear response. Finally we were told replacement windows on the way. After waiting several more weeks we were told our request was mishandled and they would begin manufacturing the windows. After they finally arrived contacted farm and home to see when they would be installed. It was then we were told installation of replacement windows would be $300/window. I am extremely pleased with the new doors and windows Farm and Home installed on my 100+ year old house. They were recommended to me by someone on Nextdoor for window and door replacement. I called, the owner came by at the time he said he would and took measurements of the windows and doors. His crew came out a couple of months later and got everything installed in 3 days. Not an easy task in an old house where there are NO 90 degree angles. They did an outstanding job, and I highly recommend them.

I had Farm and Home Builders replace the vinyl siding on my home and garage. After 27 years, it had faded and had been repaired several times due to storm damage. They came in with a very good price and the quality of the installation was superb. All the metal trim around all the doors, windows and facia was replaced and the attention to detail was great. Very good crew and communication was great. I highly recommend them. Just wish I had used them 27 years ago.
