Angie our sales person was fabulous. The process took longer than expected because of rain delays. In the end the team was great to work with but the concrete contractor was phenomenal. They had the best recommendations for our large patio deck. Their team was extremely professional and the flatwork and concrete is the best we’ve ever seen. We love our pool

Paige, Dallas, and Alex with ProBuilt in KC were terrific to work with from beginning to end. Paige helped us from the beginning, explaining process very thoroughly with options ahead of selecting style and size. Once construction began, it was quick, seamless, and on schedule as planned. Very impressed with how Dallas and Alex ensured the care and cleanup during and after. We have built many pools - this being our first fiberglass. Dallas, Paige, and Alex hands down best in the business. We absolutely love the end results. Would 100% recommend.

Probuilt installed our pool and patio, completing it early this spring, just in time for an entire season of swimming! We are sadly remiss in reviewing them because we've been too busy having a blast enjoying it all summer!!! They are well-deserving of their BBB A+ Rating. That's the thing you need to understand the most about Probuilt Pool & Patio is that their processes are built out of a ton of experience installing fiberglass pools with amazing patios throughout KC and beyond. Committing to install a pool was an intimidating, big deal for us. Making the decision to work with a contractor on such a large project cannot be taken lightly. You hear horror stories all the time about different contractors not completing work correctly (or at all for that matter). We spoke with numerous pool builders and decided to go with ProBuilt immediately after meeting with them. Eryn was very upfront about the entire process and put us at ease about any of our concerns.
