Farmer Garage Door

Farmer Garage Door provided great and quick service for our two garage doors that had different problems. They were efficient and courteous and the pricing was upfront and very reasonable (especially when compared to another quote we received -that claimed we needed complete service and replacement of several parts on both doors). Our doors are working reliably and quietly after Cliff serviced them. Highly recommend.

Had a spring snap randomly on my garage door over the weekend. Called them Monday morning and they had it repaired and ready to go by lunch. Gave me the quote when I called and it was exactly as they quoted when I paid. They also serviced the door and didn’t try to add anything on which I really appreciated.

Absolutely amazing service! From scheduling the appointment to communication on needing to reschedule to tech knowledge. They came out, thinking they needed to replace the door; However, discovered that the real issue wasn’t the motor but a capacitor. The tech replaced the lasers and capacitor. Overall saved me about $250. I would highly recommend Farmer Garage Door!

Great experience with Farmer Garage Door. They gave me an all-inclusive quote, no hidden anything. Quick scheduling. Cliff, the technician, let me know when he was on his way and did a great job. He was courteous and pointed out some other issues with the door that needed repair. He showed me the replaced parts afterward so I could see that they did indeed need to be replaced. Farmer will be my first call when it comes time to do an entire garage door replacement.

Farmer Garage Door Company on Dutchtown Rd in Knoxville worked on my timeline to install a new spring on my garage door. It only took about 15 minutes and was inexpensive. They are very responsive and good to work with. Highly recommend.
