From initial contact by email(with quick response) to the speedy estimate, the start date and to the efficient completion of the job. Brandon and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Any and all questions were addressed and answered before and during the job. They protected the floors, were respectful of the property and left everything spotless. Brandon, Paul and Brent worked quickly, thoroughly, and courteously on removing my old oil burner & tank. They came in one day to install the new tank and locate it elsewhere, properly installed vent/fill piping & safety ballards. They returned the next day to remove the old tank & boiler, then installed the new boiler & indirect water heater with all the bells and whistles and worked straight through until all was completed and working properly. Brandon worked closely & tirelessly with me in securing a loan through the EnergizeCT program. I wouldn’t have been able to do this now otherwise. Thanks guys for excelling in experience, courtesy, and a great job! I look forward to our continued business and maintenance of my new system!

We used FVHS to install a new state of the art boiler and hot water heater. I was so impressed with how polite, respectful and professional the technicians were. They were even on time! The installation itself looks to be a work of art! The alignment of all the valves looks great! Very happy with our new LG split system. The whole process was easy and professional. Brandon showed for the quote exactly on time and returned the quote the same day. We were able to get the installation done just a few weeks later (just in time for rising temps). Crew (Joe and Paul) showed up on time, communicated very well, were professional and very neat. They instructed us how to use the system and even helped set up the app on my phone. They also coordinated the electrical and permits. I very highly recommend Farmington Valley Home Services!

Highly recommend Farmington Valley Home Services. They replaced our entire HVAC system, including a new heat pump, hot water system, smart thermostats, and five new zone dampers. Pricing was very competitive and there were no surprise fees during install. They are also a registered installer for the CT tax credit program for heat pumps and Brandon was very helpful in our getting us more than $6k of rebates! Brandon is very knowledgeable about all things HVAC and upfront about all aspects of the project. He was also on-time for every scheduled appointment. The install was completed by Joe and Paul. They were both excellent, worked incredibly efficiently, and spent a lot of time with us explaining the details of the system and smart thermostats.
