LaPlaca Oil and Propane

They are great. Professional, courteous. They go above and beyond to get the job done. Not a huge company in which you get lost in the cracks. Cindy is so attentive and in constant contact with the team... So 90% of answers come back to you within 10 minutes! They still manage to always come immediately for emergency calls and their prices are very fair!

My first problem and it's Sunday night, 1/20/19, 8:30pm, 5 degrees and the owner comes out to service my propane line problem, fixes it with a smile, can't ask for any more than that! We use Laplaca for propane delivery for our heating and AC. I called them on a monday morning because we had no heat. Jim LaPlaca called back promptly wthin 5 minutes and had someone out to the house within the hour to fix our heating issue with the propane furnace. A+ customer service and always prompt and a pleasure to deal with. Great company, highly recommend using them.

My experience in dealing with La Placa Oil has been anything but pleasant. I had a in ground oil tank removed and replaced with the inside oil tank. That work was OK--not great--but acceptable. The problem is with the ground depression that was left after if was supposed to be grated to the original level with proper drainage away from house foundation. It was not done. I have called, email and called again--over 50 times to have it grated properly. After repeated tries, I finally had assurance from the owner Mr. LaPlaca that it will be fixed, but than he backed out of the commitment and told me to do it my self. I filled a complained with BBB--no results. I'm posting this to warn others on the way that Mr. LaPlaca runs his business.
