In my case, a contractor used a credit card over the phone to purchase materials, and I was later held responsible for the payment even though I did not authorize the order myself. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place. My project changed about a million times, and they were beyond patient through all of it. Every time I needed to switch something up or add something last-minute, they just made it happen without any issues.
