Fashion Centre at Pentagon City Parking

Extremely suspicious and unacceptable behavior from the parking attendant. The posted rate clearly states $4, yet I was told to pay $5. He refused to accept cards and insisted on cash only, claiming the payment machine “doesn’t work.” No receipt was offered either. That combination alone is a huge red flag. I refused to pay and instead went inside to use the validation machines. Management needs to immediately review the security cameras. From what I witnessed, the attendant appeared to be letting vehicles exit after taking cash with no receipts, which strongly suggests money is being pocketed instead of properly recorded. This is not a small issue. It looks like theft, and it seriously damages trust in this parking operation.

Very scammy vibes and parking attendant is extremely rude.... avoid at all cost.
