Called to inquire more about their business for not only work, but lead into personal inquiries as I am building a home. Half-way through my second sentence asking if they do commercial/residential Debra went on to interrupt and hang up on me. I tried to call back for once again, my own personal inquiries and she said stop calling. I tried to explain to another gentleman I wanted to inquire about my own personal (couldn't get halfway through) and he hung up. I was so shaken by the way a business would respond that I continued to call until I was able to let them know they just lost potential business. We bought a new home and wanted to replace the carpets. Dale at Fashion Floors was so great to work with. His low key approach to sales made us feel comfortable. We explained our schedule with painters and movers and Dale made every effort to get the job done for us in the most convenient time window. He made sure we had updated information about shipping and installation. We couldn't have asked for better service. The carpet was installed by Mike and he did a great job.
