Giordany is a very skilled contractor. He found the leak that no one else could find. He completed the repair to my windowsill. The drywall work was excellent. They cleaned up really well. Plumbing was done as well. New toilets and a floor. He doesnt take shortcuts either. The work he does is permanent. I am a landlord, so I need this quality of work. He is outstanding!

Never in my life will I ever use this guy Bani for anything again. He comes in on day 1 and you think what a nice guy. Then he turns into a MISOGYNIST, which isn't bad enough, but you, the paying customer, will not get what you ask for. He'll say OK, then when you walk away, he does what he wants. Example, you buy and say here's the paint I want to use; he uses the sub-par paint (oil base needed, but he didn't want to use the oil base apparently, so walks off and uses what he wants.) He will do his finish right over your electrical Receptacles without taping them off to protect them (so now you have to replace them all). Within 6 months of his work being done, it was bubbling and coming off the walls. This was the biggest nightmare I've ever endured. Not to mention, he'll quote you a

Ben was wonderful! He came out to fix some drywall on an outside wall. He opened up the wall and found a leak. He fixed the leak and put in a new door for us. His work was wonderful and his personality and flexibility to our schedule was amazing. I would recommend Ben for any project!
