Had an issue with our furnace on Saturday morning, the owner Artem responded very fast and had a good initial conversation on the phone, which let me made the decision to ask him to come over to do the estimate. Artem showed up quickly as he said, and started looking into the problem. It turned out the pipe in the furnace was clogged. Artem quickly identified the problem and had the job done within an hour. The fee charged was also resonable. I am satisfied with the result so far and I will definitely come back for Artem when I need the service in future.
