I sent a request for a gutter repair quote, and quickly, I got a call from David. He squeezed me in the same day because he had a job in the area. What luck! He arrived after asking for a couple of photos of what needed to be done. He texted to give me a signal that he was on his way. After he arrived, he was quick, thorough, and professional. They gave me some tips and quickly repaired a "fix" I had done myself to the gutters. It came in cheaper than the quote and will call him again for other repairs.

I called this company looking for quotes to get the gutters cleaned at my place of work. The call was answered and I was speaking to someone (Jarred, maybe?), and just as I was telling him what I needed, I was disconnected. Tried calling back and guess they blocked my number, as all I got was a computer voice saying "Good Bye." (tried calling back twice to the same "Good Bye.") I hope they were just too booked-up to even give me a quote and don't need my business, but it would have been nice if they had simply told me that, rather than just hanging up on me and blocking my calls. Not a very professional way of dealing with potential customers!!! Scratched them off my list and will take my business elsewhere!!!

I will certainly hire this contractor again. I’m very happy with the service they provided when I asked them to do some minor repairs on the gutters around my house last year. This year, I will be calling them to do the cleaning of the gutters. I hope they’re available. I hear they’re quite in demand and are often fully booked.
