I'll not go there anymore. The price on SpotHero was 25 USD, but the guy asked another 10 USD in cash for "oversized" vehicle. And he al wasn't even able to show the list of vehicles that are considered oversized
Horrible experience! The guys who stands in front was normal and polite and told me to pull the car in the lot when I asked should I leave the car outside or go in. Then the next guy approached and started to speak extremely rudely, to the point that I had to say "who you think you're talking" and why you're being so rude. Instead of apologizing, he turned his back and stated go park somewhere else. Unacceptable behavior! This type miserable individuals should not be let to service the public or be around the public. I had a 6 year old in the car otherwise would act differently.
super friendly, great price; only complaint: a little aggressive when parking my car.
Be aware, got side scratch and dented. When I picked up, I watched the crew driving out quite fast and scratched the car on the right side.
