I did a claim through my home warranty company which used this company to rectify my plumbing needs. My tenant had a semi flooding emergency before the holidays and we were given an estimate date of a week later. I called the company and explained I had tenants in the home with children. The rep took my info and said they’d try to squeeze me in sooner. Later turned out to be the next day and the service was top notched! I appreciate this business for customer service friendly, professionalism and empathy to help their customers as soon as possible! Was referred to Fast Response Plumbing by my home warranty service. The first company they assigned to us, we were unable to reach. Kept having to leave messages with no reply during the business day. Called Fast Response and the young lady (very nice) asked if we wanted them to come the same day. We said yes. Anthony and another young man came less than an hour. The work was completed quickly. Anthony is very nice and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Three things made this company impressive. 1. They do their best to make it within 24 hours and when one team finished the day early, they fit me in the same-day I requested service for our toilets. 2. Previous owners of our house had attemped to jury rig the toilets to make a fix, and the fast response plumbers were able to undo their mess and correctly repair the toilet with no additional cost beyond the home warranty deductible. They included new parts that were put in with experienced craftsmanship. Moreover, if there was any problem, they said just to call them right back and they would personally come out to fix it. 3.
