I've had Jaime out twice. Once for a major issue and once for a minor issue. Both experiences were fantastic. Booking the appointments was incredibly easy. Jaime was able to come out same day on both occasions. For the major issue, Jaime realized it was something my HOA should be covering and dealt with them to resolve the issue. I never had to pay a dime, even for the initial appointment. Jaime and his brother Elias (they own the company together) are kind, responsive and HONEST. Absolutely the first people I will call the next time I need a plumber.

Highly recommend! We had an emergency on a Sunday night and were one of the few people to pick up and come help us. They had excellent communication via text and kept us aware of their ETA. They were kind and explained what we needed to do to fix the problem. They had a great price and did not overcharge like other plumbers.
