I had an issue with my dryer and was not able to find a reputable technician foe some time.But once I found their tech it all went smooth. Prompt diagnostic, great communication and timely repair. Highly reccomend them for all the appliance repairs.

Our dryer stopped heating and started making a loud noise, so we called for service in Encino. The technician arrived on time, quickly found the issue, and explained exactly what failed and why. The repair was done the same day, everything was tested before leaving, and the dryer now runs quietly and heats perfectly. No upselling, no pressure — just professional, honest work. My dryer completely stopped drying, and I wasn’t sure what to do. I called Lex Appliance Repair on a Saturday, and to my surprise, Fegir immediately showed up. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect the dryer, explained every detail of what he was checking, and walked me through exactly what the problem was so I understood. He discovered it needed a new thermostat and wheels. Because it was late and all the stores were closed, most technicians would have just left it at that. But not Fegir he went out of his way to search for the parts and made sure I knew he’d be back as soon as possible. Flood in my kitchen due to a faulty dishwasher. I called the company and Fred came to my place that afternoon to check what was going on. He explained everything to me, switched off my water until he came back the next day with the replacement part. He got straight to work, didn't try to upsell me on anything (which I really appreciated), stayed to make sure the issue was repaired, and made sure I knew to contact him if there was any problem at all. Reasonably priced, took his time, I had huge anxiety and he was able to calm me about the whole issue. Will definitely use them again, and now have the company saved. Would highly recommend.
