This is an extraordinary group of people. Their professionalism was unmatched. They went the extra mile to work with the municipalities to expedite our project and continued to be available to assist. Once the permits came through they were right on top of getting the work going and they were gracious beyond measure in consideration of the final bill, particularly with all that they did. I don't think you'll find a more competent and honorable group in this part of Western North Carolina.

I shopped and delivered their WalMart order. Their order had 45lb dog food and many grocery items and they took their $17.21 tip back. As independent contractors, we work for tips the same as waitresses do. I will not deliver to them again and hope no one else does either.

Crew came out and ran their camera to locate my septic tank that was causing problems in my downstairs shower. They told me my main sewer line is failing and that I could get a permit to have a gray water system installed. Attempted to get permit from Environmental Health department and was told that no such thing exists. Company will not call back after repeated attempts to contact via email/text/phone. If they didn’t want to do the work then they should have at least let me know. Unprofessional.

I thought I needed a new drain field from another plumbing company. Called them out for a quote, conned me into doing a "drain field restoration" instead for $1800. Still having problems and will need a new drain field. That was a year ago, and now they don't even return calls. I assume that they are closed down.

They came quickly on a very cold day after our pipes froze and broke. Fixed the problem efficiently. Affordable. I will definitely use again.
