We contacted Father and Son Garage Door based on the number of great recommendations on Nextdoor. We agree with those reviews. Sheridan was available to come out in a very reasonable amount of time. He was knowledgeable and efficient. He noticed another issue that had the potential to get worse and be more costly later. He was able to take care of that at the same visit. We will be using them for all of our garage needs going forward.

I just had such an excellent experience with this company. My garage door suddenly stopped working around 3pm yesterday. I called Father & Son after checking Google reviews, and the kind representative scheduled a technician to come out between 8-10am the very next morning. Our technician, Sheridan, called ten minutes before he arrived at 8am. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring), fixed it and did some general maintenance on the garage door. He got the work done so fast, and now our garage door is good as new! Sheridan explained everything thoroughly and was so professional. The cost was very reasonable considering the work he did. I will be calling them again for any garage door work I need. Thank you all so much.

We had a spring break on our garage and have never hired a garage repair company. I did some research and found several recommendations for Father & Son Garage Door. They came out the same day that I called and had it fixed in less than an hour! The technician was very nice and informative, and their prices were very reasonable. Toby and John were fantastic; very polite and professional. I needed someone to check my garage door because it wasn't closing properly. When scheduling a time for them to come, the company offered an arrival window. Additionally, they offer a phone call or text so you know when they're on their way. Once Toby and John arrived, they got right to work diagnosing the issue. After the work was approved (I rent, so my landlord needed to approve the cost), they were able to fix the issue the same day. I'm very appreciative of how quickly they resolved things!

Starting with the initial consultation and estimate, the staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The installation process was impressive and completed in less than 2 hours. The technicians who installed my door (Topi, Jon S., and Mike W.) were clearly skilled and experienced which I appreciated since the installation was a bit more complex than the typical replacement.
