Father & Son Moving & Storage

I waited a while to leave this review, to give them the opportunity to do right but sadly they did not deliver. In July I hired them for a move and the movers broke my television set. I also paid for the mounting of 2 TV sets which were not done. When I reached out to the owner, Jay McAuliffe, after MULTIPLE attempts, he kept telling me he would send an insurance claim form that took him forever to send me. Finally he sent it and I completed the claim and asked about the $ I paid for the mounting. He never reimbursed me for anything. Their "insurance company" never reached to me or gave any $ to cover the damages of my TV. I would not recommend this company. Choose a different one and make sure you ask about insurance and what is covered or not covered and how that works. I understand that

The movers who came here to remove my mattress were very nice a nd professional. The only problem I have is I don't think the company is completely honest. I asked them several times if the price would be more then 100. I said if do please do not waste my time. I mean its a ki ng size mattress right? It's not a piece of furniture. They neglect to tell u there is a 4 percent administrative fee a d then another labor fee an d a environmental fee . So just be aware to ask what other fees will be tact on b4 you have them come there. They knew ahead of time it was a mattress and all of my details prior to their arrival. They focus on the fact its a free estimate and u can refuse if u want. We all know at that point u just want it gone. So just be aware .

Just had an excellent moving and packing experience with Father & Son. Having dealt with Jay for over 5 years, I can tell you he is professional, caring, reliable, accurate, and honest. All of his teams possess the same characteristics. This recent move and packing was carried out by two stellar associates, Dejon and Marcus.

This company is a bunch of thieves my mother booked them to move her home in Delray to a condo in Pompano Beach. When we wanted the stuff delivered to the condo, they charged an extra $5000 for delivery. We paid upfront for everything and also paid for the time the items were in storage. They took advantage of an older woman and charge $5000 to deliver furniture to my mother’s condo. We could’ve refurnished the whole condo for less than $5000. These people of thieves and con artists I would never trust them to move anyone!

BEST MOVING COMPANY!!! From my first phone call to the final destination Father and Son is professional and a true joy to work with. The team with Christian and Tory were amazing! Hard workers and dedicated to there customer and there company. I have used them for 2 moves and would highly recommend them!!!! Thank you Jay for making this move for my parents from coast to coast seemless and smooth. I will use you again and will recommend you to my friends and family 😊
