FAUST TREE SERVICE did a phenomenal job for us cutting down some trees. They were reasonable, efficient and prompt. Even carved out the inside of a trunk so I could plant some flowers. Highly recommend!!

I called them for an estimate in the spring of 2020. They stood me up the first time for a scheduled appointment to give an estimate even though they were working nearby (within sight of my property). They could have called me and rescheduled but instead they just ignored the appointment. No show, No call. When I chased them down by phone he did finally come by to see the job and had an attitude that seemed like he was too busy to talk to people interested in his tree services. Months went by with no estimate, either by mail, phone or e-mail. I got tired of trying to chase them down. Horrible communication from Faust Tree Services. I guess they don't want my business, but why advertise estimates, if you don't want to give them? In comparison to other Tree Services that came out for estima
