Overall excellent job and we are very satisfied. I appreciate the due diligence taken during the carpet installation, and the committment made by FCA installers to get the whole upstairs carpet replaced in one-day. The work was superb and proffessional. The support at the store was excellent with no pressure exerted by any one who helped. Questions were answered regardless of their nature. The new carpet is great and choosing a quality product makes a huge difference. We loved it.

We purchased carpet and installed it from FCA this month. I was a pushy customer as I wanted it done ASAP. Miguel was our salesman. He was quick to state he was still in some learning stages but took amazing care of our family. The pricing, customer service, and beautiful craftsmanship that went into our experience were amazing. This was our first time purchasing new flooring, and FCA made it a dream. Our whole family enjoyed the plush beautiful carpet last night. Thank you, FCA, for making this process so easy. And yes, they got it done in the time frame I requested. We will be back for future flooring needs.

Terrific, I have not had the best luck with contractors in the past but FCA may be the start of a turnaround. They were prompt, clean, and meticulous.

They messed up our trim 2 x. They do not believe the customer is right and do not think your time or missing work or your kids' games is valuable. The first crew they send out showed up with no wood to raise the floor which we paid for, then they went and got the wrong size. To try and make up time lost (even though the job was scheduled for 2 days) they sped through the trim work and botched it all Gooping white caulk all over the place. Then running out of our house when we asked them to stop and said to call the store. They also messed up all of the transitions. The store sent out a field manager who said that we were correct, the work was terrible. All new quarter round had to be ordered, all new transitions had to be ordered and a new piece of trim had to be replaced. Then the se
