I couldn't be happier. M&E plumbing came out same day and fixed a job that another plumbing company completely botched, Omega plumbing, and did it for much less than Omega charged me for coming out and damaging my equipment beyond repair and leaving me with a disaster. M&E Plumbing was able to fix everything Omega did, charged me less, and respected my home by even wearing protective boot covers. The name of the M&E Technician that came out was Darryl. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did to repair the issue in detail. I will be requesting him for all of my future jobs as I have at least two more larger plumbing jobs that need attention. I am extremely happy with their service. I have an American Home Shield warranty, and when our water heater needed to be replaced, M&E Plumbing handled the process seamlessly. They coordinated directly with the warranty company and kept me informed every step of the way. Both the technician who performed the initial inspection and the technician who completed the installation were extremely friendly and professional. The whole process went smoothly.

Jason arrived when he was scheduled explained what the process would be and got to it. He kept the area clear and quickly had the old unit out and finished draining in the backyard. New unit put in place all connections made no leaks cleaned up all his tools finished up the paperwork and was pulling out in a shade over two hours. Everything is clean and working properly. Jason is a great employee I would recommend M&E plumbing.

So thankful to Jason, Darrell and Matt for fixing our gas line in the basement! They worked all day and triple checked to make sure it was done right and we were safe when they were done repairing it! They put drop clothes down so my floors stayed clean, made sure the front door and basement door were closed securely when coming in and out of the house and basement to keep my kitties safe, cleaned up the work area when they were done, they were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and all had positive attitudes.
