FedEx

The driver they appointed me was lazy and inconsiderate. I was cleaning my bedroom and hear the truck pull up... I go to my window to let them know im coming down and he jogging back to the truck and rolling out my front yard and neighborhood. I called for redelivery & they said Yes but THEY DID NOT COME THRU FOR ME OR MY WIFE PACKAGE. So Im OFF FedEx for a WHILE BECAUSE OF THE LAZINESS & UNPROFESSIONALISM. I TRULY FELT NO EFFORT WAS MADE.

Believe all the one-star reviews. The drivers do not pay attention to or respect the delivery instructions on the FedEx accounts. We have specific instructions to never deliver our packages to the front door—always to the back door. They never follow them. Now we have multiple packages left in front of our home while we are away on vacation for two weeks, where the packages will be exposed to the weather and at risk of being stolen. When I called FedEx to file a complaint, no one followed up or ensured proper delivery, despite being promised that it would be addressed. It is utterly frustrating dealing with FedEx and this particular FedEx location. They are HORRIBLE and clearly don’t care!

Package received to Concord, NC location on 4/4/24 and there has been no further information or updates since. Appears to be lost, but I have been unable to get anyone to help me locate the package. Unnecessarily a lot of work to even get a customer support person on the phone, and when I did they offered no further help nor would they allow me to talk with a supervisor. I was instructed to contact the company I ordered from regarding lost shipment, but the responsibility should fall on FedEx. It was lost after arriving to the distribution center. Very poor customer service. Would avoid shipping with them at all costs.

Driver would not leave package with our 16y.o. kid. I get. But tells her we have to pick it up at walgreens......Tracking info says it's in concord nc. NO ADDRESS. Where to go? Who knows. Call for help and she says it's at a distribution center not at walgreens at all. Also driver was very rude to our kid.

Idk who the driver is that delivers to Wallace rd but they are terrible first they lied and said they attempted to deliver my package then came back the next day and only delivered one package unbelievable packages was suppose to be here Saturday now I have to wait til Tuesday and they not trying to do anything about it called out of work for 2 days for nothing ! Unbelievable!!
