Feel Good Floors

I purchased carpet here a few years ago for my 2 seldom used upstairs bedrooms. I selected what I was told was a mid-grade carpet and mid-grade padding. Now the carpet in the one bedroom that I watch TV in for a few hours every evening is showing a great deal of wear in the path to the recliner I sit in. It looks 10 years old or older. I never wear shoes of any kind upstairs either and am the only one who goes up there. I am very disappointed. I paid $2700 for this poor quality carpet and installation. The installers were not conscientious and made no efforts to prevent soiling the new carpet. They did not remove their shoes (the carpet is a very light tan) and even got some red substance on it in several places, which I was fortunately able to clean off after they left. In my attached ph

Derrick was wonderful to work with. We had gotten quotes from several flooring companies, and Derrick offered the best quality at the best price. We just had our install finish up yesterday, and Frank Olivio and his guy did a wonderful job. He was in my home all week working on floors, and he was so considerate of working around me and my husband. I work from home, and my husband works overnights, and Frank made sure to do his best to not wake my husband up, and to keep me connected to the Internet so I could keep working without interruptions. The floors and baseboards look absolutely beautiful, and I feel like I have a brand new home. So grateful to Derrick and Frank for all that they've done! Highly recommend!

We'll be back. Local store that supplies flooring materials. Great selection. Pricing was similar to other stores that we visited. Installation is available for a fee. One surprise was the additional (high?) shipping charge.

A local flooring center that does an excellent job serving Lexington/Henderson Co & surrounding counties. They offer a large selection of quality flooring as well as bedding accessories, they have mini storage on the grounds and they rent U hauls. The staff is very accommodating & knowledgeable & they will take care of you!
