Quality Sheet metal did a fantastic job installing units in 2014. I called in 2022 to report a Freon leak while the unit was under warranty. My husband and I had previously in 2021 put refrigerant in one unit 2 separate occasions. A technician from Quality Sheet metal was sent to work on the unit in early 2023, and I was told the leak was repaired. The warranty went out October, 2023, and the Freon was entirely empty in June, 2024. The cost is almost $3000 to repair the leak that should have been repaired by Quality sheet metal before the warranty expired.

Great job! Installed a complete duct system and completed in 1 day. Hard working guys who get the job done, quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Ron first made an effort to use a thermocouple he had on hand! Great, if it had worked it would have amazing. When it didn’t he used his phone to get the company data and ordered replacement parts. They came today—and under warranty. Since he was tied up elsewhere he got a man from Henderson (I neglected to get his name). He was a champ. Hooked hose pipe to the drain. Took off old part. Fitted the new part despite it having a slightly different configuration. Gave me old part. And now the heater is warming up. A friend just called to see how it went. Fine, of course. Then he asked how I found Quality Sheet Metal. I told him I’d called Don Taylor, and that they told me that Quality had bought them. Then they connected me with Ron. This is such a relief! Thank you again!

We just bought a house and had these guys scheduled to install a new HVAC unit in three days. While we were working on the house the system failed and it was in the mid 90's. I called the company and let them know and a short time later the office staff called and said a crew was on their way. This call was at 5:00 in the evening. Within about 20 minutes the crew was at the house and a new unit was installed that evening. What a fantastic job. We would recommend them to anyone.

Our heat went out suddenly. I called end of day on Wednesday. Bill came out first thing the next day. He checked the unit, figured out the issue and gave me an estimate within minutes. We ended up having to replace our furnace/air combo. They picked up a unit and sent a group to replace. Job was done same day within a couple hours. Great service and very friendly.
