The entire project came in on budget -- not a single surprise expense! -- and we're thrilled with the results. Right from the start of the bidding process, Feldman worked to make sure that we were translating our architect's designs into practical, real-world construction. These sorts of details made all the difference in the end -- things like putting shower controls on the wall opposite the shower heads for easy access, and putting special trim at the top of tiled walls to ensure that condensing water runs off completely after a shower. I needed Stucco work to complete an electrical panel relocation in my house. Ginadi and the team did a stellar job completing it for me. The crew showed up on time did excellent job on the lathe and passed San Jose city inspection without any issue then came back to complete the stucco work after the inspection. Great communication and professionalism. The guys even left everything clean after they’ve finished (extra points in my book) I’m sure I’ll do more work with Feldman Construction in the future! We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded.
