Felice Moving & Storage

I was weary about this company due to the bad reviews online but wanted to give them a chance after the dispatcher said that only disgruntled customers rate frequently. I always make a point to rate even if satisfied as it paints a better picture for the next customer but I can't give 5 stars either. The unpacking day started very good. They took their time and I was able to monitor every step they took through the house and direct them to where boxes were supposed to go. Some things, like kitchen items, I asked not to be unpacked for cleanliness reasons but all other things were unpacked. They were careful with our things in the first 4 hours of the work day. Worst company ever! We are an army family moving yet again and this by far is worst company we’ve dealt with. Lazy and incompetent should be the name of this company. My husband ran around doing their job because we got sick of telling them to pack everything over and over again. They kept on telling us the truck driver will pack it I’m talking the toys pillows a printer small tables DVDs TVs and numerous small items lamps etc. etc. it was a mess. The truck driver just came and said that the moving company did a horrible job and made a mess and that they need to come back and do their job so this lazy company came here again just to be told the same thing we’ve been telling them pack everything yes pack that yes everything. We got our household goods finally after this company packed them. There’s at least $10,000 worth of damaged stuff and we haven’t even finished unpacking the boxes. That’s just in our big furniture. My $5000 bed set is 100% ruined because of them. My rice cooker, two book shelves, 2 tv stands, one cube storage, a night stand table, and so much more is just completely destroyed. Beyond devastated.

Public Service Announcement!!! My husband and I moved back home today. We were were given the Felice moving company to move us. We ended up with so many problems. So first they were supposed to deliver our household goods Friday so I planned to leave Fort Drum on Thursday since it is a 5 hour drive home. Yesterday the driver calls my husband telling him that he is in the neighboring town asking if he could bring our good right then. My husband told him that was not possible since I was still in NY. So we agreed on Thursday and I would head there on Wednesday. He then calls me a few hours later asking the same thing he had already asked my husband. If he could bring our goods right then. Again I told him it was not possible and he said his boss said if he had to wait until Thursday they w

This company is so unorganized and frustrating to deal with. When our things made it to our house many things were broken and they put a dent in our new dryer. Make sure you take pictures of your things before they show up to prove that it wasn't damaged before they get there.
