From start to finish Felix Flooring & Co.'s customer service was exemplary. We went to the showroom on the recommendation of a good friend as well as the great reviews we saw. This is a family-owned business, and Roy, Riana and Royce were very welcoming and so helpful! Roy was extremely patient and knowledgeable when showing us flooring options and answering all our questions. After completion of the project he saw something that wasn't quite up to his standards and made sure it was corrected immediately. Highly recommend this business for all your flooring needs. The craftsmanship is top notch and project was completed in a timely manner. They stand by their work.

The entire process was simple and stress-free. I worked with Roy and Riana, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Roy came out to measure my bedrooms for a carpet installation, and afterward I went in to pick out the carpet I wanted. Riana handled all the finances and made everything easy to understand. I hired them to do a section in my living room and it came out amazing. They were transparent, and very reasonable in their fees, and they worked quickly but flawlessly. My family was so happy we selected Felix flooring & co when it came to removing the carpet in our house. With the help of the Roy, Riana and Royce; they were able to match our existing down stairs floors. Royce suggested for us to do the white on the stairs to help the transition of the previous floor and the new floor. We are so happy we went with his suggestion since we still get complements about how pretty they look. We are absolutely satisfied with all the work done especially because we have a 115 pound dog that runs and jumps and there is not one scratch anywhere. That’s with us having the flooring for almost a year. The quality of material is unbeatable.
