Fello Electric

Justin and the crew did a great job, we had a covered roof built over some of our patio. They did an excellent job at a very good price for the amount of work that was needed. Justin worked with me, and presented options for everything I wanted, some definitely made the finished product look better. He made sure everything looked clean/neat, and even replaced some of the builder outlet covers to a much nicer looking product. I highly recommend them!

I want to give 5 stars because the 2 electricians that came to my house several weeks ago were amazing. Super kind and helpful and all around great! However, I was supposed to get a call with a quote on fixing a wire for my dryer and they didn't call. I understand, things happen and it's probably super busy this time of year. So I called a week later, no answer, left a voice-mail and still haven't gotten a call back. I waited until after Christmas time, tried calling again, no answer again. It has now been almost a month since they've been out and I've been without a dryer and without the quote and appointment to get that wire fixed or re-ran. It's just super disheartening.

John came out to install ceiling fans in three bedrooms. He asked before anything needed to be added. He showed me some damage that had occurred and talked me through how much it would add to the bill. I have never had someone come for a repair and update me every time he found something and then showed me exactly what he was seeing. We have future upgrades to make and the only company I trust to be fair and honest. John you are asset to your company.

Kayla is friendly scheduler, and an excellent communicator. I like their text alerts to keep you posted. The job is done well, but just a little more expensive than we expected from our communication with electrician.

John and Justin were great! They were very professional in the various aspects of the job. John was very thorough and efficient. He brought our house up to code and took his time to show us things that he had done and explaining how new features worked. We will be calling Fello again when we are ready for electrical work in our renovation project.
