Roto-Rooter

Nate and Josh were great! Roto-Rooter is expensive but they get the job done right. The Company didn't let Nate know which part was needed the first time he came over to the house, so he had to come back a second time. That was not his fault but that was the only complaint.

Adam the coordinator was knowledgeable & friendly and quick to get me scheduled. Clay our service tech was extremely, helpful, quick, efficient, cleaned up after himself & beyond polite & friendly. The service was cost efficient as well.

Let’s talk about Nate, that guy was honest, straightforward and helped resolve the problem quickly. While it was a simple issue, he gave me clear instructions on how to handle it in the future. Couldn’t thank him enough for getting here within an hour of calling him. Would recommend him any day.

Nate, Evan, and Donovan came out to my 5 unit apartment building, assessed my main drain line on several units and descaled and jetted all the drains in no time at all! All this on a Friday after hours. Appreciate the team as always!

Amazingly fast and super friednly. Called at 7:15 am morning after Christmas when Main drain backed dirt into basement floor! Riots in main line! These guys were in and out by 930! Straight to the problem and back up and running. Gary and Nate were professional, friendly and walked us thru everything they're were doing and next steps to be proactive in future repairs with zero pressure! Couldn't have gone better!! Thank you!!
