We had such a wonderful experience at Fell's Flooring! Love that it is a family owned company with father and son owners. Extremely knowledgeable and no pressure shopping experience. Something I greatly appreciate and wish there was more of in today's showroom shopping experiences. If you need it though, they do offer great advice and direction and honest opinions. Beautiful and well organized showroom and they offer unlimited samples to be checked out so you can be sure your selection will work perfectly in your home. Price wise (since that was extremely important to us) we felt it was exactly where it should be for the quality of material, the level of work involved, and the happy, easy going experience we had there. I first met Ken when he came to my home a few years back and did a small job for me, small enough that others wouldn’t accept. He did a great job. With that experience in mind when it came time I had Fells Flooring replace the carpet in my whole home, Dining , Living and four Bedrooms. You will never have to worry about the Fells standing behind their product or service or installation. Ken is a 110% professional who will bend over backwards to make your experience with them top notch. It appears that his son is following in his footsteps.
