Our air conditioner stopped working, and with a hot weekend coming up, and a newborn it was important to us that it was fixed in a timely manner. Mike was able to come over with less than 24 hours notice to fix our air conditioner. He was dependable, professional and best of all, he got it working in about a half hour. We are so pleased with Lake Geneva Heating and Cooling and will definitely be return customers. Thank you Mike!

Absolutely amazing customer service!! I had guests staying in my vacation rental. Unfortunately, I had a faulty hot water heater. When I called Mike, he was able to get me a brand new one and installed the next day!!! He is polite and friendly and I wasn’t worried at all about him going to do the work while I wasn’t there. Highly recommend! Very professional and also personally handles everything amazingly! He also installed HVAC units in my other condos. 5 Stars!!!

Lake Geneva Heating and Cooling does great work. We were in need of a new air conditioner as the old one could not keep up on hot days. Right away Mike was able to determine that we were undersized for our air conditioning needs and was able to work us in quickly so we did not have to suffer to many hot summer nights. Would recommend to any one looking for professional quality service at a fair price!

It was Father's Day when I was run off the road by this Companies truck & his StarCraft boat. I was in the left lane & he was in the right lane when he decided to push me & my family into the shoulder, with his Company truck & his fishing boat, while my family is in the backseat of my classic wagon!! . I speed up to pass him, on the shoulder, and I look up at him, and he is just laughing about it!! I was beyond PISSED, my wife was very angry about it too, but it didn't seem to bother him at all!! I figured that I am not going to have a road rage incident with him, but I'd let other people know, how shitty of a person he is with his driving on the road. No I haven't used this company before for work, but after this incident, I couldn't even imagine using this company as a last resort!! Le

Mike with Lake Geneva Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with. He and his crew were on time, efficient, providing excellent service and got a big job done. This job included removal of all of our heating and cooling units, and installing a new Central Air Conditioning System, a new Furnace, a new Water Heater, and a few other odds and ends like faucet repair, new hot/cold handles, which have all been working fantastically, and are far more efficient than the 40 year old items we used to have. Thank you to Mike for an excellent job done. Highly recommended!
