Fence 101 LLC

Fence 101 did an amazing job on our fence. We requested black aluminum fence around 60% of our yard because it's visible from the street and the neighbors' houses. The remaining 40% of the fence was black chain link and that was installed at the back of the yard, where no one would really see it. What impressed us about the process is Fabio provided recommendations during the estimating process and turned around that estimate in a timely manner. Additionally, out of all the companies we turned to, many of them also told us that we'd have to contract with an outside landscaper to clear the wooded areas prior to Fence 101 coming in. That's an additional headache and cost. All of that was included in Fence 101's work.

Recently bought a house. Backyard fence needed replacement. I had never gone through the process and did not know anyone. So I went on Angi and just casually posted the job (5/21, mid morning). 5 minutes later Fabio reached out and we scheduled a same day appointment, to which, after calling and making sure it was ok, he showed 30 minutes early. Came on site, did the measurement, sent quotes. I had to go through a month of bargaining with the neighbors and additional quotes from other companies for comparison. Finally we settled on giving Fence 101 the job (signed on 6/5). 50ft, 6ft tall classic vinyl fence. Market price. We scheduled a 6/30 installation. We couldn’t be happier with Fabio and his Fence101 team. From the beginning, Fabio was easy to communicate with; in fact, good communication was consistent throughout the whole process, from start to end. Unlike a lot of other Fencing companies, we liked that Fabio gave us an ‘on the spot’ estimate which was swiftly followed up with a written one which matched his verbal one. Let’s be honest, that doesn’t always happen. Additionally, Fence101 were the fastest in terms of getting the material and the installation date. When it came to the start date, Fabio and his guys worked efficiently and speedily in spite of freezing cold temperatures. Fence 101 installed a beautiful vinyl fence, replacing a chain-link they had put in about four years ago. The team was very easy to work with again, very responsive and the work is incredible. We had a little bit of a delay due to the manufacturer not putting all the parts in the shipment and Fabio came to my house on a weekend to install a temporary fence so I could use my yard with my dog while we waited for the last post to arrive.

Fence101 is incredible. Their prices were very competitive. Fabio was so patient with us when trying to figure out what we wanted and the installers were incredibly fast, respectful, and went above and beyond what we expected. Our backyard has some awkward grade changes and difficult landscape with some areas of ledge and it was no match for them. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
