Fence & Deck Depot

This is my second fence from Fence & Deck Depot. We first met Nick Keenan Fence & Deck Depot Consultant he was wonderful to work with. The Emerson‘s was amazing. My husband and I were amazed as to how fast they Installed our fence. I want to say it was installed within three hours. Great! job guys. Three weeks later Kevin and Tim came out to installour double gates to the driveway and they did a wonderful job. But I really want to give a big shout out to Tim because I found a slight crack in the privacy fence. Tim came right out and fixed it with no problems. Thanks fence & Deck Depot. We love our Fence.

I was absolutely thrilled with my Fence & Deck Depot experience. I just needed my alley chain link fence replaced with vinyl privacy fence to match the other side and deter my dogs from alley patrol. I got multiple bids and they were the least expensive by far but the quality did not suffer in the least. Communication from the estimate, to the procedures like getting the permit, to the scheduling was thorough and so friendly. Scheduling was about 4 weeks out which was quicker than I expected, and the most incredible part was I left for work at 8:30am and the fence was completed by the time I got home at 4:30pm - by just ONE installer! - and it was breathtakingly beautiful! Wonderful experience with Fence & Deck Depot for a new 4’ vinyl fence. I reached multiple companies and they were so expensive, until I worked closely with Keith n Emerson . Keith was very quick in answering my questions from the estimate, to the procedures like getting the permit, HOA approved, the contract, to the scheduling was thorough , he was so friendly, helpful and professional, he explained anything and helped us decide which was the best option. Emerson was the leader of his crew. Our beautiful fence was installed this week by Wilson and his crew of professionals. They arrived at 8:30 a.m. and were finished (including clean up) at 1:15 p.m. the same day after installing 230' of 6' black aluminum fence and 2 gates. I highly recommend Elijah McCormick (salesman) and the installation crew at Fence & Deck Depot who beat a competitor's proposal by $10,000!

Very pleased with our new fence! We received several quotes, but we were impressed right from the start with this company. Keith was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. His laid-back demeanor and no-pressure sales tactics were much appreciated. He was also very patient with all our questions and did his best to work with us through some tricky spots on our property. The whole process was fairly simple, and the office staff was excellent at answering questions and communicating what we needed to do on our end before install.
