They checked in with us multiple times to make sure that we had everything we needed, and that we fully understood each step of the process. They even completed our HOA packet for us to help expedite the approval process. On top of all that, with the winter storm coming and our fence scheduled to be put up after the storm hit, they reached out the weekend prior to see if we would mind if they came ahead of time to put our posts in. They are both knowledgeable and their expertise of the project is remarkable. I can’t say enough about Ron the warrenty technician, he doesn’t stop until you are satisfied. Bev insured me that everything was ready for the project especially when I was panicking of knowing all utilities marks were done and ready for installation. We chose Fence Me In to build our fence in April after collecting multiple quotes. They were the most competitive price and turnaround time which was only 3 weeks! Cory is a good salesman, pretty detailed and communicative. He and Hector - who led the build crew - worked with us on the details we knew we wanted, like our concave gates that turned out beautiful!! Existing chain link demo and new fence build took 3 days start to finish. One negative is that they left a bunch of rocks and rubble spread out along the perimeter of the yard that we had to clean up. Overall we are happy.
