Fence Pro

I've been working with Logan at Fence Pro since March of this year. After getting quotes from 5 fence companies, Fence Pro was the best so we went with them. Some changes to our remodel plans and lots of weather delays put us behind schedule, but after patiently holding the materials for 4 months, the guys came and put our fence up as soon as we got ready. There were a few minor things we needed fixed after the install, and Logan and Chris were on top of it immediately. The fence looks great and everyone has been super helpful and accommodating. Definitely one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time.

Fence Pro just installed the fence for our back yard. Even with uneven ground they made it look amazing. They are responsive and very professional. Great quality at a great price. Highly recommend. The solar lights are also 100% worth the investment BTW.

Fence Pro installed a black aluminum fence for me. Their prices were unmatched. Other big named companies charged more for extras. Logan was very responsive and he kept in touch while the work was in progress. I have recommended Fence Pro to family and friends.

I really want to leave a positive review, but too many things went wrong. Poor communication between the person doing the quotes, and the people doing the work. First hiccup, where they started the fence was 2 sections off from where it was supposed to begin. This meant paying for 2 extra sections of fence. When finished, the fence looked good. I DO wish the workers would have asked where we wanted the dirt they dug up. Now the big issue - the gate. 1. The gate was installed 180 backwards. 2. A Bulldog gate hinge was used. This would have been okay if a collar bearing had been installed on the gate before it was welded up. At this point let me say that an effort was made to make it right, but it failed conclusively. If I could give Fence Pro all the stars in the world, I would. After another company left me with a ramshackle mess, I called Fence Pro to see if they could help fix it. Did they ever! The whole experience from start to finish was just awesome. They were knowledgable, professional, efficient, and communication was clearly a top priority. They were also super kind and patient with me, which was huge because I was so nervous after the first company's shenanigans. I love my fence. It's perfect.
