Thornton's Heating and Air was professional, easy to work with, and consistently went above and beyond. They had maintained my 20-year-old unit for the past couple of years, and when it was finally time to replace it, they made the process of purchasing and installing a new unit incredibly smooth. Their communication, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. It was truly a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend!

Avoid this business. They will shut off your heat in 19 degree weather, leave you with no solution and walk away. I literally had heat when they arrived, didn't when they left, and the receptionist, when I called back after the Technicians left, just said to get space heaters. The receptionist is rude and unprofessional. I was sent a text about the offer to Borrow heaters. However, by that time I had already obtained a house full of heaters by necessity. When our entire system stopped working, we contacted Thornton's & received incredible service & price, much quicker than anticipated. Installers arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally, & remained on site until I was completely satisfied. When an unforseen issue occurred, due to an irregularity I'm my home structure, the installers were able to fabricate what was needed, on site, & left my property in great condition. I recommend Thornton's wholeheartedly.
