US Car Tools Deluxe Rotisserie—Lessons Learned. After 3 unsuccessful attempts with US Car Tools to honor their “lifetime warranty on materials and workmanship” on their car rotisseries, I feel compelled to provide a review on the challenges I encountered with their rotisserie and with their customer service. The “deluxe rotisserie” I purchased is indeed, innovative, with the trailer hub/spindle/bearing design integrated into a rotator head that has a strong, circular plate, with dozens of laser cut holes for ease of rotation and precise positioning. Despite these innovations, US Car Tool’s workmanship and quality of assurance were substandard. For example, the opposing drilled holes in one of the main uprights were so far off one another that I could not insert the hitch pin into the rotat

I highly recommend US Car Tool. They have a great online website, and almost every single part has multiple pictures of the item and one of the pictures shows the part installed on a car which makes it very convenient in knowing what you are getting. They also have very fast shipping. They had shipped my items with in 24 hours and it arrived on my doorstep with in 72 hours. Best of all the order was correct.
