Elmer (the project manager) patiently answered all of our questions and explained the process and details. So, next we decided to have Elmer out to our home on Camano Island to have a consultation and design of the fence. Elmer was fantastic, nailing down all the details of the powder coated fence. Nazarin (the office manager) made sure that we were always in the loop with picture designs and emails. The day they delivered the materials they got to work. Was looking to add a security-type, gated door to the front entrance of our alcove. After doing research, we hired Fences & Gates Pro to design, build and install it. Through correspondence and office visits, I was able to give them examples of some ideas I wanted for the design. Through a process of 3 months which also included 2 holidays (taking measurements, reviewing and approving their technical designs, material and color, door construction), the door was brought to our home and professionally installed. They also installed a smart lock/handle I purchased which the door cuts were based off of. Overall the installation was extremely meticulous which I truly respected. Fences & Gates Pro installed a very long, straight fence for us and did an excellent job (looks perfectly straight and plumb). Mike (overall manager) and both the lead installer and project manager were good to work with and they cared about doing things right. I recommend them.
