Background: The fence was installed in November 2025 (week before Thanksgiving). It has been cold since then, and no yard work had been necessary, so the fence remained closed. In Jan/Febrwith the snow storm, the gate's top section broke. If you receive a quote (red section), it is emphasized that they use a "special" type of gate that is "strengthened" compared to "other gates." In less than 3 months and no usage, the gate broke. As you can see from the pictures, there are no footprints, indicating the gate wasn't touched. The gate broke at the joint, the very joint that was emphasized as "stronger" than competition. Contacted company on Mon (2/9) - 1st time. Was told by Sophia, that I would be contacted with a resolution. Did not receive a response. Followed up on Wed (2/11) - A

I used FeneUSA for the install of vinyl privacy fence for my backyard pool area. Excellent service all around!!! Dave, my sales rep was great!!! He came out not on time but early and provided an estimate in a timely manner. Dave was able to answer all my questions and instilled confidence in my decision of using FenceUSA. Sophia in the office was awesome! I think she handled getting the permits for the job in record time. When it came to installation, Angel and his crew did an excellent job. They took down the old chain link fence and took all away when the job was complete. Install went flawless and the fence look great. AWESOME JOB all around. Not one bad interaction with the people of FenceUSA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am so impressed with the FenceUSA! I recently replaced a wood fence installed in 1990. Digging post holes obstructed by old tree roots and dealing with a neighbor with an issue about property line. (Yes, new survey and permit!) These guys are absolutely professionals. Everyone I had contact with from sales, office staff to installers were a joy to work with. My new fence is beautiful! I highly recommend!

Anthony and his crew were easy to work with. Always got back to us if we had any questions or problems. They removed our old fence and put in a new one in a day and a half. I would definitely recommend FenceUSA !!
