My experience with Fencing Pros NW was exceptionally positive. The quality of their work is excellent. Further, the bid was very fair and they worked with me to adapt materials in order to fit my budget, without sacrificing the goal of the project. They were extremely timely in procuring materials, and worked hard through inclement weather to complete the project efficiently. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Fencing Pros NW. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of atrocious. I worked with Joe and Mike, who were both unprofessional and seemingly uninterested in providing quality service. Firstly, Joe was rude and dismissive when I tried to explain my needs. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by simply listening. Mike, on the other hand, seemed completely incompetent. He didn't follow the instructions I gave and made numerous mistakes that caused significant delays. To make matters worse, when I called their office to address these issues, the person on the phone was unbelievably rude.
