Fenway Center Bower Garage (Pilgrim Parking)

terrible experience. Pre-paid for parking at this garage months prior to an event at MGM, arrived on time the day of the event and the attendant refused to honor the pre-paid price even though i had receipts and the bar code for the prepaid spot. He told me the cost would be more than double what i had already paid. Luckily i was able to find a spot elsewhere.

Parked here for a concert at Fenway and it was fine. The sign when we pulled in said $60 event parking. When we came back they’d switched the sign to $27 night and weekend parking, but we were still charged the $60 despite getting there after the time to qualify for night parking. I get that we were there for an event so the event parking rate is fair, but maybe don’t switch out the signs until after the event lets out.

What a terrible experience we had last might at Pilgrim Parking garage!!! We had bought our parking ticket a looong time ago through TicketMaster when buying our show tickets. And on this night, both Fenway and MGM had shows so traffic and parking was a disaster! But when we arrived and wanted to park at this garage and showed both + TicketMaster p-ticket and SpotHero ticket, the clerk just turned us away and said they didnt work with either companies. Their garage name was listed on both tickets! We asked to talk to his manager, but he denied. We ended up being late to our show and paying 4 x the parking ticket! Dont use this place!!!

Our group of 7 arrived for a concert last night with a pre-paid reservation through Ticketmaster and SpotHero. The attendant wouldn’t let us in, saying his boss told him not to let in anyone with a SpotHero ticket. While we were pulled up to the side calling SpotHero, the same thing was happening to the person behind us, but then he suddenly let them in. The whole thing was incredibly shady. SpotHero couldn’t find us another spot within a 2-mile radius, but we thankfully found a hotel valet around the corner with a single spot left at 4x the original price we paid. Avoid parking here. If you reserved through Ticketmaster, get a refund. It’s not worth the stress and the extra cost.

When we arrived at garage reserved for concert parking via SpotHero/Ticketmaster, we were simply told by attendant lot was full and we could request a refund! We were very fortunate to find parking (at 3x our reserved spot's rate), just around the corner so we could make the concert. I will say that SpotHero customer service was good, though.
