Excellent customer service! I think it was Kurt I spoke with, he had pricing, lead time from Manufacturer within 10 minutes.. I called several other places and most took my information then never returned my call - seemed to be a difficult part to get.

The lady at the front desk tried to sell me an entire shower replacement kit for $113. When I all I actually needed was a new valve stem ($13). I'm glad I was able to figure out the actual issue myself. Her ignorance could have been a very costly and unnecessary expense. Or she was trying to scam me. Hope this company looks in to this matter to find if the cause of the incident was predatory in intent, or if she is just incompetent....

Excellent customer service. Couldn't find a part and a man (Kent, I believe) went to some trouble to locate exactly what I was looking for, going above and beyond in my book. Thanks, Ferguson. You're my place for plumbing and hvac from here on out! 👍

Had a delivery and between the owner and I we managed to find a spot to put everything. Great people!

Very fine place, I used to deliver there before I retired from Ferguson.
