For a professional plumbing supply outfit, they seem to know zero about plumbing supplies. They are under new management. The previous owners were nasty and knew little about plumbing supply. Under the new management they are pleasant but equally clueless.

Google says that they close at 5pm. I show up at 4:02 PM and they are all walking out telling me sorry come back tomorrow. I’ve been a customer at this place for 20 years and this is the kind of treatment they dish out. Last time I ever come to this place

By far the worst store you can deal with and there over charging is ridiculous. I asked for a specific whirlpool tub. Nancy tells me we dont sell that but i will give you an identical one by American standard. It gets delivered to my house in a box that looks like its been eaten by a shark. We remove all the tape and pieces of cardboard and install the tub. After installing the tub i find out that i cant fit in the tub or anyone in my house and were not overweight or size people. Nancy says she will gladly sell me one that i will fit in for a good price lol. Nice she sells me something different then i ask for and tells me cant return it because there is no box. It didnt come in one all i asked them to do is swap it out with i can use. She said its not her fault and she has never had that

Website says it was open to 1:00 p.m. on a saturday. Drove all the way over there and the sign on the window says open to 12:00. Cool thanks

I had a very bad experience with this Freehold branch of Aaron & Company. The salesman, Phil, was very arrogant and unfriendly -- a complete opposite to the image of "helpful and friendly employees" described in other customers' reviews. I wound-up going to the office manager, Peter Clark, and complaining about Phil. It seems that this establishment caters mostly to the contractors and has a very disrespectful attitude toward the DO Your Selfers, like myself. I will go back to Dunphey Smith of Manasquan, a truly outstanding team of professionals who treat every customer with respect.
